Strawberry Days

Although we are officially "Lehians" now, we have to admit that nothing beats the Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days! This is something we look forward to every year! Glen did an amazing job putting the events together. Way to go Grandpa. Thanks so much Connie for making those adorable vests for the boys. They turned out great! We went to the Huck Finn Day, the rodeo, the parade and the carnival. I would like to say good job to my nephew's Max and Sam who competed in the muttin bustin. They did awesome! Max ended up taking home the trophy.

Rub a dub dub

This is the first time I put the two of them in the bath together. They actually enjoyed it! I kept waiting for Brigham to knock her over but he didn't.

Picnic in the park

Last Saturday we had a picnic in the park. The kids really enjoyed it, Jeremy however couldn't get past the fact that I made his sandwich with whole grain bread. Love ya honey!

Kids are so funny!

Well I know we all catch our kids doing some funny things. I just wish I had a camera at all times! Brigham has always enjoyed cleaning the house with me. Lately everytime I clean the house he insists on me wrapping his feet in plastic. He tries to beat me to the closet where the plastic wrap is and he throws himself in front of me and screams FEET FEET over and over until I wrap his feet up. He also loves to wear sunglasses, he thinks no one can see him. We love our little shy guy.

OK do I even need to comment? By the way he is in a diaper and converse just chillin' in Mckells entertainer. I'm not sure how he got in there but this is how I found him when I came downstairs.

Kids in their jammies are one of my favorite things. It is amazing that they can be a handful during the day, but as soon as they're in their jammies (and in bed) they are little angels!

Yeah!

Mckell is sitting up on her own! This is my favorite stage when they can sit up by themselves but they can't move around yet.

Happy Birthday Jeremy

This week we celebrated Jeremy's birthday. We all got together for a bbq at Glen and Connie's to celebrate not only Jeremy's birthday but also Kaylon's birthday and Jason's graduation from flight school. When I asked Jeremy what kind of cake he wanted me to make him, I thought he would say chocolate or vanilla but instead he requested a "Batman" cake. So in the pictures below you'll see my best attempts at a Batman cake. Art is definitely not my strong point, sorry!
