Summer here we come!

I really need to be better at this blog thing. Even if no one reads it, I want to make sure I've got a record of things that we did. Lately I've realized how time really does fly and your kids are only little for a short time. I find myself staring at them trying to remember all the little things about them at this age. I hope I never forget. My dear sweet kids keep growing up against all my efforts to keep them little. We've had a ton going on this last month. Brigham started soccer, yay!! Mckell has had more dance competitions and a recital. Both of them graduated preschool, which is bitter sweet really (back to the growing up thing..Brigham will officially be in Kindergarten this fall) I can't help but feel so blessed! We are looking forward to a great summer filled with soccer, tball, dance, gymnastics, reading classes, seven peaks, hiking, bike rides and hanging out with friends. Last summer I had a theme for each week and we really liked that and will be doing it again. I thought I'd post our weekly themes so I will stick to it =)So here is our summer line up: June 11-17 music June 18-23 nature June 24-30 Lehi Round up week July 2-7 freedom week/family reunion July 9-14 colors July 16-21 under the sea July 23-28 pioneers July 30-Aug 4 Food and cooking Aug 6-11 plants Aug 13-18 back to school Who said summer is relaxing? I'm not sure why I try to pack a million things in, I think I'm just afraid that someday they won't want to spend their summer doing art projects and hanging out with mom. Cheesy I know!! Brigham's favorite part of soccer is the treat after. He also enjoys playing duck duck goose with the girls on the sidelines when it's not his turn to play.

Molly was so patient to sit through two graduations!
